Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 onion, chopped
1-2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced thin
3 Tablespoons sour cream
5 Tablespoons salsa
2-3 limes
Butter
Salt and pepper
Camp Chef Mango Chipotle Seasoning
6 flour tortillas, 6-inch
Instructions
Shrimp Tacos
Step 1
Preheat your Flat Top Grill to medium-low, leaving one of the side burners on a lower heat.
Step 2
Season shrimp with Mango Chipotle Seasoning and set aside. Sauté chopped onion in butter, and season with salt and pepper. Set to the side of the grill with the lower heat.
Step 3
Cook the shrimp about 1 minute per side, until the meat is opaque. Then add sour cream and salsa. Mix together on the griddle until combined.
Step 4
Add red peppers to the grill and cook for about 30 seconds. Warm tortillas off to the side of the grill then set aside until ready to build.
Step 5
Place about 4 shrimp in the tortilla then top with onions and peppers. Garnish with jalapeños and lime juice.
