- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp diced white onion
- 2 Tbsp diced dill pickles or relish
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Tacos:
- 6 small tortilla wraps
- ~500g lean ground beef
- 6 cheddar cheese slices
- 2 dill pickles, sliced (~4-5 slices per taco)
- 1/4 cup diced white onion (~1 tsp per taco)
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Big Mac Smash Tacos
STEP 1
Add all sauce ingredients together in a bowl and stir well
STEP 2
Press down ~1/2 cup ground beef onto each tortilla wrap until thin and flat, then cook, meat side down, in a cast iron pan over the fire until browned.
STEP 3
Flip and add cheese, then cover and let cheese melt.
STEP 4
Remove from the pan and add pickles, onion, lettuce, and a good spoonful of the not so secret sauce.
