Ingredients
4 cedar planks
4 salmon fillets
2 Tablespoons Camp Chef Greek of Nature seasoning
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
CEDAR PLANK SALMON
Step 1
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat your smoker or grill to 350°F.
Step 3
Season the salmon fillet with Camp Chef Greek of Nature seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the soaked cedar plank on the grill and let it preheat for a few minutes.

Place the seasoned salmon fillet on the cedar plank and top it with the sliced lemon.

Place the cedar plank with the salmon on the grill and close the lid. Smoke the salmon for 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
STEP 7
Remove the cedar plank with the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
STEP 8
Carefully remove the salmon from the cedar plank with a spatula and transfer it to a serving platter.
STEP 9
Squeeze any remaining juice from the grilled lemon slices over the top of the salmon.
STEP 10
Serve the smoked Mediterranean salmon immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors of Camp Chef Greek of Nature seasoning.
