Here is a perfect appetizer for nearly any dish! Extremely delicious and fast these fried cheese curds could be the star appetizer, a date idea, a late night snack, or that snack you make when you are home alone because you don't want to share!
Ingredients
2 lbs. cheese curds
1/4 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
2 quarts corn oil
1 can of beer

Heat corn oil to 350 °F in a deep Dutch oven.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl whisk milk, flour, beer, and eggs until smooth. Place 6-10 cheese curds into the batter and coat. Remove with a wire strainer and shake to remove the excess batter. Place coated cheese curds into the heated oil and fry for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove and drain on paper towel lined plate. Repeat as necessary. Serve hot.
