Ingredients
White rum
Blue Curaçao
Grenadine
Simple syrup
Ice
Blueberries and or maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
White Slushy
Step 1
In a blender add ice, white rum, and simple syrup.
Step 2
Blend until it is slushy, too much frozen, add more rum, too runny add more ice. Taste it to make sure its decently sweet. Think... an adult snow cone.
Step 3
This is the white mix. Set it aside in a cup.
Blue Slushy
Step 1
Repeat process. In a blender add ice and blue Curaçao. (The Curaçao is sweeter and shouldn't need simple but if you like you can add some.)
Step 2
Blend.
Step 3
This is the blue mix. Set aside in its own cup.
Red Slushy
Step 1
Repeat. In a blender mix grenadine with white rum and ice. (Again the grenadine is sweeter and shouldn't need simple but taste it and if you'd like it sweeter then by all means.)
Step 2
Blend.
Step 3
This is the red mix.
Assemble
Step 1
Add a layer of the Red Slushy right from the blender into your glass.
Step 2
Slowly add a layer of the White Slush on top the red.
Step 3
Followed by a layer of the Blue Slushy on the very top.
Step 4
Garnish with a cherry and or a few blueberries, throw in a festive party straw and get your grill on.
