Get ready for a fiesta in your mouth with this easy and delicious carne asada recipe! Marinated in a mouth-watering blend of soy sauce, pickled jalapeño juice, olive oil, and Camp Chef's Mexican Rub, this recipe is sure to make you the hero at your next get-together.
The key to this recipe is the marinade, which infuses the steak with bold and savory flavors. The soy sauce provides a deep umami taste, while the pickled jalapeño juice adds a tangy kick of heat. The olive oil and Camp Chef's Mexican Rub round out the marinade with a balance of savory and spicy notes. Letting it marinate for at least 4 hours but ideally overnight will give you the best flavor possible!
