My dads words “best pizza ever!!!” And I agree, I am so happy with my purchase and the quality of the pizza from it. Not overly happy with using the big propane tank, get higher temps off the one pound tanks.

Camp Chef Italia ..with some changes

I bought the Italia pizza oven from Home Depot. I absolutely love it. I make Neapolitan pizza and Focaccia. They all Come out perfect, so I decided to give it a look that it deserves it.

Great oven, endless possibilities, great pizzas!!!

I have the artesian both the full size and the side kick version for my Woodwind grill. The stone is great quality for cooking pizzas, steaks (using a lodge grill grate), chicken, rack of lamb, leg of lamb, thrice baked potatoes, fish, baking breads, etc. Even the side kick version can hit 700 deg F in just minutes. I have a large Bella wood fired oven but I still use the smaller Artesian ovens when time is short. Take it from The Metal Chef Rocker, this is another great product from the great folks at Camp Chef!!!

Yes, I recommend this product.
