Griddles 16

Upon first use of the griddle I took much care to heat it slowly. As soon as I put some oil on it I noticed the the griddle was warped up in the middle, and at the grease collector (away from the hole). This make it quite difficult to use a large slope is needed to get the grease to run the right way (and the food now runs with it). I've heard of these warping from uneven heat, but this is right out of the box. Another issue with the griddle is that it is very hard to see the burner underneath. It is important to not use more than "medium" heat, however due to the oversensitive knobs on the 90 Pro, "medium" is really very slightly about low. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying this stove / grill, but for the price the product quality is lacking.

Product came warp. Still used it because I was going to make fajitas for dinner. It performed well cooking dinner. Will continue using it to see if it can correct it self. If not I will be returning it before the returned date. For the money it should not be defective right out the box.
